A: Musoma Properties

PL4439/2007-Murangi
The 10.5 km2 PL_4439/2007 is located on QDS 11/4 in the Musoma District, Mara Region. The property area is about 50-kilometres south west of Musoma town. Initial sampling program completed and assay results from geochemical soil and rock sampling programs are encouraging thus warranting further follow up exploration work. i.e. artisanal pits, trenches, outcrops and grab rocks sampling return values of up to 12.6g/t Au averaging to ~1g/t Au whereby soil geochemical sampling returned gold values of up to 261ppb defining an anomaly of 1.5km long and 0.5km wide dispersion halo. Trench results show presence of mineralized structures and style of mineralization at an outcrop scale demonstrates the presence of mineralized crosscutting features that controls mineralization similar to other gold deposits in the region c.f. Barrick's North Mara Mine stated to have ~5.0Moz.

HQ-G15549-Kiagata
The 44.53 km2 license previously known as PL_3354/2005 is located on QDS 11/4 in the Musoma District, Mara Region. The property area is about 35-kilometres southeast Musoma town, can be reached via a reasonably maintained road from Musoma, some 40-kilometres to Kiagata Village, which is situated on the southeastern corner of the license area.

The geology of the license area is restricted within extensive NW-SE-trending lithostructure comprising of mafic volcanic rock, biotite granite and dolerite was determined to underpin possible features associated with the mineralization potential in this license area.

PL5928/2009-Mugara
The 26.98 km2 PL_5928/2009 is located on QDS 25/2 in the Serengeti District, Mara Region. The property area is about 120-kilometres southeast of Musoma town, can be reached via a tarmac road from Musoma heading to Mwanza and turn off at Bunda and then through a reasonably maintained dirty road from Bunda township, via Nyamuswa, Mugeta and Nasa Villages some 170-kilometres to Robanda Village and further on a bush road to the license area. The property is covering parts of Serengeti Greenstone Belts underlain by intermediate-mafic volcanic rocks and banded iron formation of which in some places are have been traversed by gold bearing fluids and quartz veins.

B: Kahama-Nzega-Iramba Properties

HQ-G15758 Misungwi
The 51.5 km2 previously known as PL_3699/2005 is located on QDS 48/1 in the Misungwi District, Mwanza Region. The property area is about 60-kilometres south of Mwanza town. The property is underlain by Archaean granite which is exposed in a range of hills on the western side of the concession. Magnetic data suggest that there are numerous N-S trending dolerite dykes traversing the property. Approximately half of the property is covered by Mbuga soils of which thickness is unknown. No mineralization is known on this property. This property has low chance of hosting significant gold deposit; however the ground may hold diamond potential.

HQ-G15691 Kigosi
The 102.8 km2 HQ-G15691 is located on QDS 60/2 in the Bukombe District, Shinyanga Region. The property area is about 55-kilometres soutwest Bukombe town, can be reached via a sealed road from Kahama heading Ngara, Rwanda and Burundi and turning off at Runzewe township towards south into the Kigosi game reserve through poorly built tracks with bad mbuga section which are difficult to cross during rain seasons. The Prospect areas is located in areas of structural intersection between higher order WNW-ESE-trending R-shears, NW-SE crustal-scale fault and NE-SW-trending cross-faults and conducive structural traps such as tensional fractures, dilational shears and vein-arrays. Potassic-enriched and magnetite-distracted alteration zones within the granitoids are the main alteration features.

PL6352/2010 Tabora
The 163.18 km2 PL6352/2010 is located on QDS 78/4 in the Urambo District, Tabora Region. The property area is about 20-kilometres North of Ulyankulu Village and can be reached via a reasonably maintained road from Tabora. Reconnaissance mapping results indicate that about ninety percent of the area is overlain by a regolith profile which consists of mbuga clays on topographic low ground, brown sandy soil and yellowish brown sandy clay soil derived from in-situ weathering of granites. Laterite outcrops occur in patches with a NW-SE trend through the centre of the license areas. Orange brown residual soil is encountered surrounding the areas of outcropping laterite and granite.

HQ-P17797 Kahama
The license is located in close proximity to Jubilee reef old mine and approximately 99 percent of the property is covered by Mbuga soils of which thickness is unknown. No mineralization is known on this property.

PL4765/2007 Mbulu
Located in QDS 84/1 in Hanang District, Arusha Region, the 30.7 km2 PL4765/2007 is located on the northern edge of Iramba Greenstone Belt. The large area is underlain by lacustrine sand-silt soil and limestone and outcrops of foliated granodiorite and biotite granite on elevated grounds. No mineralization is known on this property.

C: Karagwe Properties

PLR6131/09, PLR6584/2010, PLR5993/2009, HQ-P19018-Kabanga North
The 750.58 km2 4-Kabanga North Properties are located within the Mesoproterozoic Karagwe-Ankolean sequence within the Kibaran Fold Belt of NW Tanzania and are strategically situated to the N of the world class Kabanga Nickel Mine, and the Kapalagulu PGE deposit. The underlying rocks are tightly folded, predominantly metasediments characterized by the intrusion of mafic bodies (mainly basic sheets), A-type granitoids and post-orogenic tin granites. These licenses are sited proximal to strong aeromagnetic anomalies, believed to be an important stratigraphic control on Ni-Cu-PGE mineralization in the region, and known gabbro / norite bodies.

D: Other Properties

PL6366/2010 Mazoka
The 185.29 km2 PL6366/2010 is located in the Manyoni District, Singida Region, about 90 km west of Dodoma town in the Mazoka terrane of the Dodoma Schist Belt which is hypothesized to be a good target for mesozonal or hypozonal orogenic gold. It is partly underlain by greenschist facies hosting lithologies preserved in areas traditionally mapped as high-grade metamorphic belts. These slices slivers of greenstone in the largely gneissic terrane are showing exploration potential pertained to high-grade metamorphic belts. In additional, there is Au in sheared pyrite-conglomerate in the Undewa Hills of conglomerate-metavolcanic rock sequences.

PL4764/07 Mufindi
The 44 km2 PL 4764/07 is located in the Paleoproterozoic Belt underlain by high-grade metamorphic rocks. Similarity of the regional structural setting with other gold deposits in the region is important because these squeezed greenstones occurring in largely gneissic terrane are favorable for Au-bearing fluid interaction.

PL6366/2010, PLR 5925/2009, PLR 5926/2009, PLR5927/2009 and PLR6027/2009 Karroo
The 752.8 km2 5-licenses are located in southern Tanzania in Songea and Lindi Regions and are underlain by Karoo sediments mainly conglomerate, tillite, sandstone, red-gray mudstone, siltstone, carbonaceous shales and coal. No Au mineralization is anticipated from these properties. This project is ideal for prospecting geothermal energy resources, uranium and coal.
